About Us
Après Sauna was initially inspired during an immersive five-week stay in Prague, just days before the onset of COVID-19. During this time, the founders experienced the rich European sauna culture and were captivated by the holistic approach to wellness, sparking a vision to bring that experience back home to Colorado.
As the pandemic reshaped daily life and the sober-curious movement gained momentum, the founders decided it was time to conduct deeper market research. They spent 89 days living in Prague, building their respective businesses while exploring the elements that create the perfect sauna experience.
Today, Après Sauna provides a modern-day "third place" where wellness and community intersect—offering Coloradans a space to relax, rejuvenate, and connect.
